We joined the online waiting list to maximize our time and when my husband & son arrived at the salon they were told they needed to wait 40 more minutes. This is exactly what we were trying to avoid.
Went on 12/21/25 around 5pm. Didn't catch the young lady's name who helped me out but I'm really grateful to her. Had just come from a barbershop who gave me a bad cut. Explained my situation and asked if she could help me out. She fixed me up and gave me the haircut I was looking for in the beginning. Will definitely be coming back thanks to the great customer service.
I’m not one to complain about a haircut, but I look like an idiot after coming here . She cut down to the skin about an inch above my ear and I have relatively long hair.
I went to go get a small trim and a thinning. I even talked to the woman doing my hair and told her how I just wanted a very small trim, just enough to cut the dead ends off. And I strictly said no layering since the last time I got my hair layered by you it turned out terrible and choppy. When she was done she cut about 4 INCHES OFF! and layered my hair when I strictly told her no layering.
