This location sucks at cutting hair. I had a drop fade to the scalp and its like she didn't listen to a word I said. The top is uneven and looks weird. It wasn't faded to the scalp, and I have a bald spot on the side of my head. The womwn who cut my hair talk about how her husband is terminally ill.
