do not I repeat not go here and get you hair trimmed. I have mid shoulder length straight hair. Asked for 2 inch trim and bang trim no layers on length. I took my mother for a haircut at great clips in Avon, Ohio. It is the worst haircut she has ever had. She had asked for a simple pixie cut. The service was horrendous! . When I voiced my concern and how dissatisfied I was our stylist was not even apologetic. I realize once you start cutting there's not much you can do with a bad cut but to keep cutting but he wasn't even remotely remorseful, he just kept saying he understood and kept cutting.
