First thing I noticed, it was filthy- not just "we cut hair here" filthy I'm talking built up clumps of hair around the baseboards and matted in the carpet filthy (not to mention the walls-yuk! ) Jessica did the hair cut, but not the one I asked for! Then when I showed her an old pic of the bangs I had before and wanted again, she didn't do it, she said it looked like a 5 year old cut them, and after looking at my recipt at home, I was over charged!!!
