This visit was better. The time before not so good. Just wanted length straightened on my beard and stylist trimmed all my length off before I could stop her. Told her just wanted shaped up and length left alone. Next thing I knew I had a goatee. Not what I was after.
I waiting for 20 minutes after checking in online, along with my husband they took him right back and didn't even ask if I checked.in or not. My name was on their board, so I sat there for 20 minutes and another customer walks in that didn't check in online and they took him right back so I canceled my appointment. For now on I will take my business else where!
If I could give no stars I would stood there for 10 mins or longer waiting to check in no one acknowledges me then a person walks in they knew and acknowledged them right away poor customer service at this location will be going elsewhere this right here reminded me why I dont go to big corporate owned places ill will stick to the family owned and local places
