We have come here for quite some time with no issues and the last few times we have had the same stylist I didn’t catch her name he has blue hair my sons last two cuts have not been the greatest and we have had to fix them at home. Today was not the cut though the outlandish Oder that left myself and my son gaging is uncalled for we will be trying the other location moving forward as customers should never have to deal with another person that has that kind of smell coming from them. My hair is pretty challenging as it's getting thin, naturally has cowlicks, etc. Holly did an excellent job with me and also made my mustache look better than it ever has! Have had some rough experiences with great clips in the past, but today was the complete opposite of that!
Took my son in today for a haircut. The specific cut was in our notes and I specifically stated scissor cut on top because otherwise its not the cut we always get and I could do that at home for free. She even repeated the note outloud and confirmed with me. Little bit later I hear her say "ya know what" and the sound of the clippers and by the time I turned to look over she was halfway through the top of his hair with clippers.
