Always a great cut for my grandson.
Used the app to get in line on the wait-list and drive to the store. Plenty of stylist working so really was no wait to begin with. Greeted with a warm hello and took me right to the chair to do my haircut. Asked me if I was doing the same as the time before and I was and the stylus did her job. Friendly conversation with her and she was able to multitask while talking. Wish I could remember her name. Was in and out in a timely manner. Been using this location since they opened up and ive never had a bad experience.
The woman who cut my daughters hair this morning was lovely. Her coworker however was not. I wouldnt agree to shave my 10 year old daughters head in the back to speed up time due to her snarls. From then on the blonde coworker was rude, talking about us to customers and giving my daughter ugly looks. $58 later we will never return.

I was next on the list, but was skipped. I questioned the worker, and she continued to bring the person over that was behind me. She then screwed something up, and put me at the end of the list.
