Horrible service, I got there and had a 47 minute wait. I waited over an hour. They kept jumping over my name and serving other people. Straw that broke the camels back one of the ladies just laughed. Whatever I will never go back I told her may. God bless her horrible horrible service never again I am a 63-year-old handicap
We won't be back to this great clips ever again! I was trying to book an online appointment as soon as it opened but the website said closed today....so I called to see if they were open and they were and I told her I was trying to make an appointment and she said they leave the website down for 5-10 minutes for walk-ins. We'll i was less than 5 minutes away and I get to the salon at 10:07am and there is ALREADY A 73-79 MINUTE WAIT!!
