Not a pleasant experience at this location. I was sitting and waiting while my boyfriend was getting his haircut. While waiting, a guy walked in and wanted his hair cut. He didn’t speak English, only Spanish. The lady with short white platinum hair was super upset to help someone who spoke Spanish. He showed a photo and she expressed how she doesn’t know how to help him if he doesn’t speak English. After the cut, he expressed he wanted another addition to his haircut. Do not go here
I came to this location because of a coupon online . As I went to check out they wouldn’t honor the coupon. The coupon apparently was only valid for 5 days I came on day 7 of receiving the coupon. Honestly not thrilled with the false advertising. If you provide a coupon you should honor it or at least provide a coupon that lasts at least a month.
