I have been a loyal Supercuts customer for years and regularly come in for shampoo services. I am currently pregnant and have been coming in more frequently due to nausea, as it is difficult for me to wash my own hair. During my most recent visit, I had a very disappointing experience. When I walked in, one stylist was clearly busy but in a great mood and engaging with customers.
