Went in with my sister yesterday for haircuts. I had a long mess and wanted it all cut off. Shout out to Savannah, she did an awesome job. I've been getting compliments from friends and family, literally since I walked out the door.
I went in 2 weeks ago and asked Nicole to shape my hair and put my layers back. She trimmed my ends and I have no shape and no layers. I will go back to Rome to get my hair cut. This is the second time she has done this and the first time I complained about her and nothing was done. I don't see any changes coming at this Great Clips so I will go where they want the customer we are not something that owes them our business.
Savanna was Great! Haircut looks good and it was nice to chat with such a cool lady. Thank you. Ill be back!
