I had a short wait time which was a good experience because of the on line check in. My haircut looks great.!
Monte did a great job today. I just needed a trim. It was my first visit here. Sometimes stylists can talk your ear off (it can be too much for me), but thankfully he didn’t do that. He didn’t rip my knots. I actually had one of the best salon experiences of my life. No eyes watering, no overstimulation… a pleasant experience.
Your experience depends on which stylist is working. Recently however had a negative experience with online check in. I checked in at approx 245 on a Sunday they close at 5 waitime was around 95 mins. I recieved a text at 422 telling me to head to the salon. Upon arriving they asked if I had checked in online. I said yes but they did not have my name so I showed her the text and she added me. I walked in Saturday without knowing to register online. Liz was great! She put my information in the system and had a great attitude the whole time! I walked in at 1:55pm and was walking out at 2:05pm! I highly recommend getting a haircut here! Thank you Elizabeth and Great Clips!
