The photos don't do it justice but the service went horribly wrong... I usually do my own color and have someone else do.my cut and my husband was all "They always seem to do a nice job on my hair" and I should've taken that as my first red flag but... Benefit of the doubt... I told the girl she may want to wash it and she dismissed that with "I have this I can spray it down with, it has leave in conditioner, it should be fine"... Easy booking was just the trap for the worst haircut of my life from Shane. It wasn't until after I left and my hair dried that I realized how bad it actually was. Shane left my head butchered and completely half-finished. Honestly, it's wild that he took my money and let me walk out the door looking like that. I had to go straight to another shop just to make it presentable. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.
