Most haircuts are really good. Only one that I was unhappy with in 4 years
I have had o.k. haircuts. I kept going back because I didn't know where to go. But, I'll never go back, because the last cut was done so badly I was ashamed to be seen. There were large gaps & uneven cuts from someone who had cut my hair several times before,& no 2 cuts are ever the same. D. Jones

Great people and great cuts
Remember when customer service was about the customer, not about cheap marketing? Trying to get my 2 boys haircuts before the holiday, I log onto Great Clips' website on my phone only to find their appointment portal non-functional. I call the store and am told that the wait is 45 minutes. We are 20 minutes away, so great. Will they take an appt over the phone? No, only on line. Are you aware that your website is down? "I'm sure it will be up soon." Well, if we walked in right now, would you put us down? "Yes." So really, yo... read more

She was awesome! Took her time and helped me decide what I wanted. Usually I feel these quick haircut places just hurry you through.

Have had my hair cut there many times - no problems. My wife has only had to go back once or twice over the past 5+ years for them to touch up something she didn't like. Stylist worked with her to change her cut a year or so ago - we were happy with the results!
