the last two hair cuts i got at great clips when i got home my wife had to fix my messed up hair cut ive been going to jackson great clips for four years and never had a problem till now whats happen ????!!!!!!!!!!!!
Very friendly people working there. It's the only place I have got my haircut for just over 7 years. Great haircut, nice conversation, & affordable prices. What more could you ask for. They also give military discounts! USA USA!! (UPDATE) Not sure whats been happening at their Jackson location. Online and at the salon states that they are open until 6pm on Saturday. I arrived at 5:45pm and they are closed. I realize I didn’t get there any too early, but there was no one there to even tell me it was too late to get my hair cut! When you say you are open until 6pm, the lights should be on and the doors unlocked until 6pm!
Wanted to get hair cut (Monday). It says both inline and on their website opens at 10:00. Tried to sign up online. Rather than state the obvious that they are not open, it’s just says that online registration is temporarily unavailable and doing walk ins. So drive over here and find out that despite their website saying they open at 10:00, and despite their google listing saying they are open and close at 6:00, get here and sign in door says closed on Monday. Would never recommend the Jackson salon to anyone! We drove from Marble Hill because the website stated they were open till 6 and when we arrived at 1:15 they were closed. Highly disappointed and very unprofessional of a business! Change your website and storefront hours on your door if you can't keep the doors open to customers
