I usually always get the exact haircut I want there, which is why I’m so disappointed this time. I asked for a simple soft layer, with face framing/ curtain bang, i’m gonna empathize on the soft, together but what I got is thick, choppy, and uneven bangs (a damn baby bangs) . Went to just get a haircut cut nothing fancy just a trim an thinned out. They were doing a sale for $9.99 hair cut the lady asked if that was all I wanted I was thinking she asked if I wanted a shampoo an a style I wasnt going to do the style but she said you might as well with it only being $9.99 I said oh ok she didn't say only the hair cut was $9.99 paid over $54 for the lady to just barely trim my hair an blew dryed my hair an she pulled my hair the whole time. As soon as I walked in they took me immediately. I felt comfortable and at ease. She did a wonderful job and took her time cutting my hair the way I wanted. It was a very pleasant experience.
