Gail was amazing! I came in here after a pretty bad experience at the location on gum branch. Gail issued me a full refund, fixed up my haircut as best as she could, and even styled it for me! I feel much more confident in my hair now and am so thankful for Gail and the staff at this great clips for setting things right!
Y-Lee did a great job cutting my toddler's hair. She was very lively and had a fantastic attitude.
I have gone here multiple times with my grandson and never really had any problems but today they really messed his hair up. I asked for a fade but she obviously didn’t know what a fade was. His hair looked so bad and he even had 2 bald spots in the back of his head and none of it was blended in. I will never go there again. I had to leave and go to Supercuts down the road so they could fix what they messed up.
It use to be a 5 star but the girl i uselly went to is no longer there. Today I got a stylest who says she has been doing this for almost 20 years now. Rachel started my bang journey but sadly left and the woman today yes she was nice but even while I was there said "I just come to work to work then go home" and to say that infeont of a customer i already had doubts that she was going to rush it i paid 90$ 85+tip.
