Came as a group of two. First of our group was called back. Then I watched as the second person in our group was skipped over for someone five people below us who had an obvious friendship with the next available stylist. Why have group appointments if you still will not take each person in turn?
I did not get what I asked for at all. It ended up being very short. When I brought this up to the hair stylist she brushed off my concerns and said it looked good and not short. She cut 3 inches off of my hair even though I asked to not take off more than an inch. She didn’t listen to me at all and now I hate my hair and it looks horrible in the back. According to my husband she “butchered” my hair. It’s probably the worst cut I’ve ever had.
Great place for small trims. Not great place for an actual haircut :/
I LOVEE MY HAIR!! Second time coming to great clips to the same lady in the front I’m so sorry I don’t know her name but she’s the first station on the right blonde lady very beautiful. Such a vibe absolutely love her if I had 1000 bucks to give to her I would!!!
