Alex is amazing to start off with. But the lady with Asian heritage needs to be fired. She’s the actual worst hair cutter ever. The first time I got a cut from her I had to go back in because she rushed the haircut and left in even spots all over. I only asked for a low fade. It was not faded. By far the best experience I have had in any hair stylist business I have encountered. The stylist listens, remembers, and offers professional advice that gives you options you are sure to love.
Came as a group of two. First of our group was called back. Then I watched as the second person in our group was skipped over for someone five people below us who had an obvious friendship with the next available stylist. Why have group appointments if you still will not take each person in turn?
