I brought my 7 year old son in to get a haircut 2 days ago. We checked in online and when we showed up we were fourth in line. We usually go to the Norton location, but the wait at that one was too long so we came here. They were very busy, a few people in the waiting room and about 6 people getting their hair cut. After a few minutes a woman walked to the front and asked for the name, I gave her my son's name and then she spent about 30 seconds looking at her iPad with a confused look. There is a middle aged woman who works there. I think she's the supervisor or manager. She has an attitude ALL THE TIME. Everytime I go for a haircut, and she is there, I turn around and go someplace else. God forbid you tell her you don't want your hair done a certain way. She'll have attitude and you feel like she might do something to mess it up out of anger.
Lady was very nice.
