India does my hair. She’s been doing my hair for a long time and she is great kind sweet and always does a great job.
It has been 5 times that I have went in 2hrs prior to closing just to get a hair wash and have been turned away because the stylist are not allowed to wash hair 1 hr prior to closing. Mind you I have called each time and was told to come and then once I arrive I get turned away and they don’t close until 8. This is not how you run a salon. Hair wash takes 10 min. I do not want my hair thinned out. I do not want to buy styling cream. I want exactly what’s in the picture I show you and yet every time it’s so much shorter. I just don’t understand why one would cut my hair shorter than what I want. If you cut it the actual length I wanted I would come back sooner!!! Now I’ll never be back. 🤷♂️
