Had a lady there who gave me straight up eagle eyes and didn’t smile once. Very dry. My son did throw a fit once I went up, but even before that, very strange mannerisms, no smiles, and called my name and just stared at me as I approached. Went in for a wash and trim and was treated like a lowlife. Hair dresser with dyed red hair was absolutely hateful, she refused to listen to what I wanted and proceeded to do it her way raking the brush through my hair after I explained what I wanted done. She pulled my hair severely causing me pain and when I told her I needed a break from the brushing she insisted I needed someone else to do my hair. When I said yes I do. Up until now, I loved great clips in Jasper, Indiana. Michaela and others are supper people and stylist. However tonight I took my wife up there to get a trim. Upon arrival from checking in on the app, a stylist came from the back room (one would think she would be excited to be the next stylist to get to do hair) while I was sitting in the waiting area I overheard her arguing with my wife on how my wife wanted her hair done. BAD SERVICE I TOOK MY KID TO CUT HIS HAIR AND THE LADY THAT WAS CUTTING HIS HAIR WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE HAIR WAS SO BIG AND SHE DONT GET PAY TO CUMB HIS HAIR. WE GET UP LEFT TO SOMEOTHER PLACE. NOT GOOD SERVICE.
