I had a very pleasant and fun time at GreatClips with Michaela. She communicated clearly and with a friendly attitude. I felt right at home soon as I sat down, the establishment was well kept even during busy hours and all the staff was friendly.
I went there to get my bangs cut. I showed the guy a picture of what I wanted and he said he could do it for me, but the end result was NOTHING like what I showed him. He butchered my hair. My bangs where cut super short in some places and not touched in others. A toddler could've done better. I will not be going back.
