I went in and asked for 2 inches off the length, layers and curtain bangs. My hair was to the middle of my back, it is now barley shoulder length, they layers are choppy and not blended even slightly. I didn't know what to even say so I paid and left. She said the length was better than what I was asking for. I cried in the parking lot
they obviously dont know how their own system works i checked in online it said 15 minutes i get here with 5 minutes to spare it said i was first on the list and they take two people ahead of me even though they weren't even on the screen i check in online because i have things to do and i dont want to wait forever highly disappointing
I showed the lady that cut my hair a picture of what I wanted and for the very beginning she did everything but what the picture showed. I was wanting a women's bob style haircut but what I ended up with with a head shaved at the bottom and long at the top. I kept showing her that the picture was different than what she was doing but she insisted she knew what she was doing.
