THEY WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR! The lady on the left side RUINED my hair! I was watching the other guys they also ruined other people’s hair! I DID NOT BELIEVED FHE REVIEWS AND WENT AHEAD STILL BECAUSE THEY SENT ME $14.99 COUPON! NOT WORTH THE SAVINGS! 😩
I went in and asked for 2 inches off the length, layers and curtain bangs. My hair was to the middle of my back, it is now barley shoulder length, they layers are choppy and not blended even slightly. I didn't know what to even say so I paid and left. She said the length was better than what I was asking for. I cried in the parking lot
they obviously dont know how their own system works i checked in online it said 15 minutes i get here with 5 minutes to spare it said i was first on the list and they take two people ahead of me even though they weren't even on the screen i check in online because i have things to do and i dont want to wait forever highly disappointing
