My 5 year old son's first experience here with Cassie was great. He loved her and she was kind and personable. However, the experience today was horrible. This lady I believe her name is Destiny, was not good with kids. Rude. She would not give us what we asked for actually told us that she would not go as short as we wanted because she didn't want to take the guard off and her clippers would get too hot. Excellent haircut. I have been disappointed in the past with other stylists at Great Clips. It can be like Haircut Roulette sometimes. The last cut was excellent.
