Wait as expected, smile, and customer service key to satisfaction! Online checkin said 20 minites, which was pretty close to the minute! Appreciate the text saying mynspot on the list was soon. Thank you, Drita, for the quick and professional shampoo, cut, and dry. Exactly what I asked for.
The wait was short, the Technion was courteous and very professional.
Did a great job!
Went in not excepting much, but not only did I get amazing customer service, I had an amazing hair dresser who gave me a fire caribou drink, and probably one of the best hair cuts I’ve gotten before. Really struck gold with the lady who cut my hair (forgot her name I feel so bad)
