I went to great clips today and had the worst haircut humanly possible. The one on 540A Lakeland fl. Hair stylist is Darrel. In addition from a horrible haircut he refused to finish cutting my hair and left me in the chair with the cape still on I called the owner to make sure she knows what he’s doing to their customers and I won’t be back
