After I got there (the manager?) starting yelling at a woman about her son's haircut that he just finished doing saying" I'm not going to cut it again! That's the way the kids wear it these days, trust me I do this all the time, that's it I'm done!!!!" The mother left in tears. The other hair stylists, including the women cutting my own hair did not say a word and looked like they were afraid of this guy. The guy was in too much hurry. Just asked for trim that i got every time- he refused and responded pretty badly. His attitude is too disrespectful too. He was telling me to go to other stores.
Made an appointment ON-LINE and informed NO WAIT TIME. Arrived 10 minutes later and although my name was at the top of the list....had a 14 minute wait. I waited 18 minutes, never spoken to, a loud mouthed female finished and continued talking with her customer at the register without aknowleging me. So, I left and won't return I have been going there for years and the was the first time never greeted upon entering!
