I went in for a much needed haircut. I didn’t have an appointment but Brian checked me in promptly, asked if I had been to one of their locations before (I hadn’t), and within a couple of minutes had me in a chair. Not only did he do a fantastic job cutting my hair (it honestly is the best cut I’ve had in years) but he was also a joy to talk to. Been seeing Brian to cut my bob haircuts for work, he’s the best! I’m not from Rancho but whenever I’m in town, I see him when he’s available! Always fresh, grows out pretty nicely, does exactly what I need and doesn’t go overboard. I trust him! Applause for Brian holding it down! Big thanks! Great Clips corporate deserves to give him a raise and promotion for his kind manner and exemplary service he provides to the community.
