Donna! Donna! Donna! I have been to Great clips many times, but she is the best uptil now, I did not had to say anything, she knew what she is doing and she did with whole heart and dedication, usually people are in rush, but she was very professional and great! Thank you again Donna!
I am so upset it’s not even funny. The lady who cut my hair played in my head. She didn’t even wet it. She cut it dry and took all of 5 minutes. My 10 year old could have done better. It’s so un even and choppy. I came for a trim on my already shaped bob and she messed my hair all up. I’ve spent the last two days crying about it. And I honestly feel like it was done intentionally.
