I had very disappointing experiences at this location. I checked in online at about 5pm on a Monday. When I arrived at the store 10 minutes later I was acknowledged by one of the stylists and sat down (she never verified that I was checked in but she knew I was there). Seeing as how i'm fairly regular at this location I assumed she knew I normally check in online and my place in line was noted. It is a highly recommended hair salon for the whole family. Our whole family goes there to get our haircuts and I also get my blowdry there too. The most important thing is that no matter who cuts your hair, you will walk out with an excellent haircut.
Nothing Great about Great Clips. They have no concept of customer service. I made a simple request that they cut my son's curly hair with scissors. They said "no problem" but out came the electric clippers and away she goes! I asked her to stop and please cut his hair with the scissors. She continues to cut with the clippers.
