I HAVE A 4 YEAR OLD SON WHO I TOOK TO GREAT CLIPS FOR A TRIM WHO GETS NERVOUS N IRRITATED BEFORE AND DURING A HAIR CUT. THE SYLIST GINA WAS SO HELPFUL N REALLY MADE MY SON FEEL COMFORTABLE..............IT WAS AMAZING!!! I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT HE ACTUALLY HAD FUN WHILE GETTING HIS HAIRCUT. NORMALLY HE WOULDN'T EVEN SIT IN THE CHAIR WITHOUT THROWING A FIT LET ALONE SIT THREW THE WHOLE CUT. THE STYLIST ALSO RECOMMENDED A CUTE STYLE THAT ENDED UP LOOKING SO ADORABLE. Stay away! Hair cuts are inconsistent but the saving grace was quick way to get a cut between running errands. However, today was first experience with "online checkin". Today, a room full of clients experienced "new" people walking in door going before those waiting. After 30 minutes a customer asked why and was advised of online checkin. So as we gave our names, no one advised that it would be extended wait times (irked me that I waited 35 minutes only for the girl to advise still had two people from online ckin before me!... read more
