Was told that they would not give me a haircut because I did not want to give them my home address. Why do you force people to give out their private information? The lady who checked me in had quite an attitude about it too. Will avoid this chain in the future.
We love the haircut, the fact that you keep a record of style, and the check-in process! Very efficient!
Showed up for my kids haircut before the time, lady said it timed out 3:45. Her voicemail said be there at 3:47. I was there at 3:43? Make it make sense. School starts in two days. Traaaaassssh
Checked in online, short wait in the salon. The stylist was awesome, fast and my son's hair looked so good, once she finished up. Will be returning, for sure!!!
