They always do a great job, even on my wavy hair.
Nicked my child’s ear and tried to blame him saying he must have done it with his nails or that he already had a wound. Like it’s literally fresh. The haircut was terrible, it looked nothing like the picture and instead of being understanding both ladies gave me attitude and basically said not to come back. No worries I definitely won’t bring my money back here.
Was told that they would not give me a haircut because I did not want to give them my home address. Why do you force people to give out their private information? The lady who checked me in had quite an attitude about it too. Will avoid this chain in the future.
We love the haircut, the fact that you keep a record of style, and the check-in process! Very efficient!
