I am not someone who typically leaves negative reviews, and I have had my hair cut at this location several times in the past. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was so disappointing that I will not be returning. During my haircut, the stylist stepped away to check in another customer. While waiting, I put my glasses back on so I could see, as I am uncomfortable sitting without them. Great Clips in Hot Springs has a lot of people working, so little wait time and they are all good and personable
Great atmosphere and great friendly staff! I always get an amazing haircut every time I go there! Kim usually cuts my hair and she always does a wonderful job and gets me looking right!
