I've been coming here for a few years now and tip ~50%. My last two hair cuts have been so bad that I'm no longer going to come to this location or maybe any "Great Clips" in the future.
Horrible service. They cut my mom's hair horribly. They had two simple instructions, and they messed up one of them and complete ignored the other one. Zero stars if I could. You guys respond to every negative review with the same thoughtless response rather than actually improving
Great customer service as always, very fast and efficient. But I got a lot of cuts on my neck which is not normal for this location. Must have been an off day.
