Hello Great Clips, I've been a returning customer ever since i was a kid. This time, specifically, made me have very low impressions on your company as a whole. I told them explicitly what I wanted but they still found a way to mess it up. Never go to these commercial places they have no barber standards. Find smaller barber shops because they have trained professionals. Worst haircut I have ever received.
Zhaneta is the best stylist there. She's quiet but very focused on her work. She takes her time and I always walk out with a great haircut from her. I wanted to keep her a secret but at the same time she deserves credit for her excellent haircuts. 5stars!
