I love Great Clips, and I love having the coupons so I can give a great tip to the hairstylist. It's a win-win.
We went to Great Clips on Sunday since Sport Clips was closed, but unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. The stylist was rude to my husband and showed no professionalism. The haircut was poorly done — uneven and not worth the price, which is already higher than Sport Clips. Please train your staff to be more polite and skilled. Basic courtesy and respect go a long way, especially in customer-facing services And most importantly if you don’t know how to cut hair !!
The worst haircuts!! Never going back. Sorry, but great clips are where the misfit hairdressers seem to end up! I took 5 boys and all of them needed fixing when they came home. We showed one girl a picture of what my oldest son wanted and she huffed and rolled her eyes! Very unprofessional. But, the most hilarious, and frustrating was my son asked for a lightening bolt…I don’t know what that is but it certainly isn’t a lightening bolt.
