ZERO customer service! I had just moved here and decided to try Great Clips, as I had great experience in my previous state ... They wouldn't honor a coupon, don't have any promotions, AND the owner wouldn't respond to me, and I gave her FIVE months before writing this! And I called about twenty times!!!
