It was fine.....But it wasn't dandy.
May 18th was the last day I'll ever patronize a Great Clips. I asked the stylist to ignore my normal service notes and just trim my sideburns, around my ears, and back of my neck. As she looked at the computer screen, she muttered ,"So that will still be a full cut." I didn't know to whom or what she was talking about, so I let it slide. After a total of five minutes in the chair, she proceeds to tell me I have to pay a full cut price of $27.
