Had the worst haircut ever. If I could give it a zero star I would. Told the stylist what I wanted and got entirely the opposite. My hair looks like she put a bowl on it and shaved the back and left this blob in the back. Don’t know her name but I know I will never, ever go back. Guess you get what you pay for. Going to another salon today to see if they can straighten it out. Just beware.
Very disappointed in this location . I use Veronica all the time . When I contacted this office I was informed that she was no longer there . No one would tell me where she went , even though they knew . Well I found her and found out how badly Veronica was treated by the others there . So the people in Grain Valley apparently have no appreciation for their customers or empathy for co workers. This was a HORRIBLE experience. My mother asked for the middle of her hair and an OLD LADY gave her shoulder length. She is so upset that she’s CRYING. And when she asked for the length, she LITERALLY POINTED TO IT so there’s no way there was miscommunication. I can’t believe you guys messed up so bad that you made my own mother cry. I hate you guys. We’re never coming here again.
I usually cut my own hair because it is just a buzz cut. 1/4" all over..eazy-peazy. I've been giving myself a buzz-cut since 2010 and I have a very round noggin with no dips on the top or sides. I'm not from the area and did not have my clippers with me, but still needed a trim. I asked for the same thing O give myself, explaining 1/4" all over and trim away from the ears.
