Short wait time, good service not overly talkative
I’m not sure why the Grain Valley location seems to always mess up my son’s hair. Didn’t realize how bad it was until we got home.
The good- There are a couple of great stylists! Sydney, I think is her name; takes her time and provides exceptional service. The bad- there are two older ladies who don’t seem to enjoy their jobs very much. One of them cut my 4 year olds hair, butchered it AND thumped him on the head with a comb. And he sits almost perfectly still. The other older lady glares at everyone and I watched a father/son duo who was not very pleased with the son’s hair cut end up just walking out because the son was upset even after asking her to ... read more
