Went in on a Friday afternoon and there was no wait. Liz asked how I wanted my hair cut and made several mid-cut progress checks. I am very happy with today’s cut.
I’ve been to this branch in forest hills a few times. There was only one employee that manage to cut my hair properly. Today I went for a haircut, and the lady that cut my hair messed it all up the worst way possible. First, there was a language barrier, then I asked one thing, and she want the other way. Wasted time and money, and now I look bad. I’ll have to go somewhere else to get this messed fixed. Hairdressers, barbers, and similar professional, should be better prepared to handle different hair types, different styles... read more
