I’m sorry to share this, but unfortunately, the recent experience my son and I had pushed me to post this review. I took my 10-year-old son for a haircut, and "Carei" was the stylist who handled his haircut. Unfortunately, her behavior was extremely rude, rough, and visibly frustrated, even though she was dealing with a young child. Krystal gives a 5-star cut. She is an absolute delight. Nice, soft hands. She didn't yank my hair. She will be moving to the Northlake/Argyle location at the end of July. The salon is very clean and is great for getting a good cut quickly. I highly recommend it.
