ZERO I am beyond PISSED OFF at the lack of understanding offered by the stylist that cut my daughters hair! Her hair was hitting her lower back length with layers. Asked to cut it under her armpit length and across no more layers added in order to remove some of the dead ends. EMPHASIZED on LENGTH, under her armpit. Received a free haircut here due to a ReAL game that scored 3 goals in a match! The staff were friendly, talkative and professional! The shop is clean and they offer loads of hair products. The staff made me feel welcomed, comfortable and the stylist did a great job. I only received a trim for my split ends but man it was great. I will probably come back for another trim when I need one!
Angela was great! Gave me a great haircut and was really kind and helpful. Would come back again!
I asked for a haircut straight , no layers. The lady started crossing hairs over and stuff and said, “I know it looks like I’m giving you layers but I’m just evening it out.” My hair looks so uneven and choppy! I got it cut decently short for my liking and I’m probably going to have to go shorter because of this! The lady was nice enough but I did NOT get what I asked for!
