They can’t possibly cut your hair here unless they enter a ton of information into their system. I walked in for a simple haircut. Been here many times before and had a very positive experience, but this particular employee would not do a haircut without a ton of personal information. I don’t need to be spammed back to the Stone Age, so I opted to leave. I will not be back. Very disappointed.
I got a haircut, and it didn't turn out how I expected, so I went back in to get it fixed. Silvia helped me, and I cannot sing her praises enough. I was nervous about cutting any more length off, and she evaluated the situation. From there, she found a solution that helped keep as much hair on my head, while also fixing the haircut. She was understanding and very kind. I will definitely be returning for another haircut with Silvia!
