It's taken me a long time to write this review because, as a woman, it's difficult to admit that I allowed my hair to be cut so poorly—not once, but by two different people at the same salon. My hair is still not the same since my appointment in December, and it will likely take close to a year for it to fully recover. Jeff originally cut my hair and was clearly having an off day.
