My daughter left this place in tears feeling awful about herself. The lady kept telling her that her textured hair was way to thick to brush so she washed it without asking. She hurt my daughter with her nails to the point she had marks on her face, kept telling her she had a baby face, and ended up doing a cut that left her in tears that she didn’t describe. I don’t recommend brining little preteens here. No one should be making comments on little girls appearance that would harm their self confidence like that.
