Staff is courteous and attentive. I personally am very selective about my haircut. I am ALWAYS pleased with the results.
Well just got hair cut by Andrea. My son is absolutely pissed off. We showed a picture and she went extra short and nothing like the picture.
Terrible. It had been 3 years since I last cut my hair and had it down past my shoulders. I wanted it cut to be just at my shoulders with layers and brought a photo of exactly how I wanted it. She said it would be no problem and I left with it cut to my neck and one visible layer. Now I have to wait 6 months for it to grow back out to have it how I wanted it.
Stylists are kind and easy to talk to, and my haircut always turns out great. The wait never seems too bad and they are able to get you in and out pretty quick.
