No matter how many times I tell them not to square the nape they keep doing it I get a five minute trim and it costs the same as a forty minute cut? Ridiculous
The "stylist" I had was Roseann. She was awful and rude to say the least. She tugged so hard on my hair as she was trying to comb thru it that I was in severe pain. I wanted to cry during it! The whole experience was worse than childbirth to be quite honest . She threw down her comb and said "I can't get my comb thru it" and I proceeded to say , "if you're getting frustrated I could wait for another person !" She needs to find a new profession.
