Yesterday I posted a review on Great Clips in Merrillville IN, it was negative. I recieved an e mail from the owner, Katie. She was apologetic, and wanted to make this right. Offered any of her 5 stores and assured me the issues would be addressed. No excuses, no shaming just taking responsibility and sincerely wanting to make it right.
