Ren was fantastic! Haircuts for me aren't just for looks but also therapeutic. I hadn't had a chance to shave my undercut and Ren took great care of me. Even with it being a holiday weekend and last minute. Polite and professional! This experience made my week! Thank you!
I was a walk-in with no wait. My stylist, Ria, was fun, energetic, had a positive, friendly professional attitude. Excellent customer relations skills. She took the time to HEAR me and give me a cut we were both happy with. No judgement to any of my many hair care questions. She had all the answers too, in the best way, about how to better care for my multi-textured, severely damaged hair. I'll definitely be back to see Ria. Very reasonable prices. Remember to tip your stylist!
