Came in for a layered haircut, bangs to the side… Mind you, I like my bangs to be one Side. I explained That I wanted my hair to be layered yet to still be put in a ponytail, and being able to tuck it behind my ears. When she cut my bangs, my right side of my bangs are way shorter than my left side not what I wanted… My first layer doesn’t even come close to my ponytail nor does my second or third. Was at Great Clips Village 10 two days ago for a hair cut. Miki gave me a wonderful cut. She was very friendly and really knew what she was doing. She is usually at Otsego but was filling in on Sunday. Thank you Miki for a great cut.
Wish I could give a 0. Horrible customer service. They mentioned their lack of experience AFTER my haircut. Left as an unhappy customer. I wish I can get a refund 😡😡😡😡😡!!!! Don’t go here. Don’t recommend.
Online check-in makes wait time minimal. Stylists are always nice and give exactly the cut requested. Very skilled and knowledgeable. Great with kids, even the wiggly ones.
