Zia was the BEST! She listened to what I wanted and how much to trim. She was very personable and friendly.
I always get a great cut here. No compalints at all.
Greatclips did not honor my code for $5 off provided to me before I checked in online. She still charged me $18 and a $2 tip. They also have ads on KSL.COM for $11.99 haircuts but those do not work either. I will need to dispute the charges again with my credit union. Greatclips advertising for discounted haircuts are a fraud. My 3 minute haircut cost me 20 minutes of waiting while the stylists chatted. I want a refund for my $20.
