Set there for an hour and 20 minutes. They have two people working while other people walk in and never show up to do anything. Checked in early and waited and waited and waited. Horrible horrible staffing.
Love using the app to determine wait times. Arrived and waited maybe 5 minutes. Had an amazing stylist who listened to my needs. She suggested a product to use, which I have purchased and love.
All employees very helpful and the person cutting Doug’s hair was very good to ask questions of how he wanted his hair cut! She did a GREAT JOB!
