I checked in using the app, and arrived after a long day from work and a long drive. When I arrived I was asked if I checked in using the app, I answer yes and they said they would take me shortly after marking my name on the screen Another gentlemen walked in about 4 minutes after me. I checked in online and went across the street when it was time. The place was busy, but I was immediately greeted with smiling faces. The person who greeted my was super sweet, I regret that I didn't get her name! The beautician, Kayla was ready for me. She asked what I wanted. I needed my long hair taken up to my shoulders with some layers. Fifteen minutes, after some chitchat and cutting, I had exactly what I asked for. Amazing experience here today ❤️

We called ahead asking if they could do a detangling service for my relative, and they said they could see how bad it was and do what they could. When we came in, two stylists were there with only one client, and they said they don’t offer any kind of detangling service. Whatever, okay, but they were also kind of rude. Seemed to me more like they just didn’t feel like doing the work.

I recommend not to go on this place because of how they cut hairs. They do talk nicely now, but cutting hair is not their style.
