Came out worse than when I went in. One sideburn was cut so short it couldn’t even be fixed. Would be fine if I was 9 years old. I don’t know the ladies name but reeked of cigarettes. Not the usual person that cuts my hair but won’t be back.
This is a great place to get a good haircut. The ladies that work there are friendly, fast and efficient. The shop is kept clean and I have never waited over 10 minutes for a trim.
I got a haircut at place next to this location where I asked for a taper but apparently the lady heard me say, "tapers are lame, just shave the sides and don't bother trying to make the top look good either." I immediately went here to see if somebody could fix it. Hatti was professional, and did not take the opportunity to speak poorly of the other hair stylist, even though I was still hot about it. She fixed it as best you could given the situation. I no longer look like I am auditioning for Peaky Blinders.
Always excellent service. Friendly and courteous staff.
