They always keep track of previous trims and make sure to ask about any concerns. They are very kind and it is refreshing this day and age. The staff is courteous and well trained. Would definitely recommend
Stylist was rough with the haircut. May be a while before I come back and may check another location? First time this has ever happened.
Yesterday I went in with my mother who is disabled and her LEGIT service animal who is trained for her diabetes. This black hair girl with glasses said you can’t have dogs so we explained to her she is serviced . She continues to ask for papers . I told her she is allowed to ask 2 questions “is that a service animal ?” Followed up with “what tasks is service animals trained to provide .” She said we still had to have papers .
