Stylist was rough with the haircut. May be a while before I come back and may check another location? First time this has ever happened.
Yesterday I went in with my mother who is disabled and her LEGIT service animal who is trained for her diabetes. This black hair girl with glasses said you can’t have dogs so we explained to her she is serviced . She continues to ask for papers . I told her she is allowed to ask 2 questions “is that a service animal ?” Followed up with “what tasks is service animals trained to provide .” She said we still had to have papers . This place was great. They had at least 4 people cutting hair on a Monday. I got there without checking in online and only waited about 5 minutes. The person that cut my hair was really nice, personable, and did an amazing job on my hair.
Seems like I got a student to cut my hair and took forever and slow to cut my short hair, I go every month and get a quick, nice haircut. Will ask next time or they should let us know if there is a new hairstylist cutting hair.
