I’ve been getting my haircut at Great Clips for several years and I have always been satisfied; however this time I was pleasantly surprised by a superb haircut and excellent beard trim. Best I’ve ever had anywhere since my regular barber retired, The stylist (Mackenzie does 5 * work and is an excellent conversationalist. Chatting helps make it an even better experience! Young lady Stephanie acted like she didn't want to be there. Sorry I asked for a few things to be cleaned up. Did not talk at all. "Is that better for ya" almsot didnt clean my neck, and did not trim side burns. I CANT GIVE A ZERO..Very crappy attitude. Should not work with the public.
Got a stylist today that didn't know how to cut hair or use a trimmer. This place is hit or miss. If you the owner sees this review please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES because you ruined someone's hair for a few weeks. Another long time customer lost. Believe me, most Residents near this location travel father to reach another.
