Today Kelsey took exceptional care of me. She listened to my story. I am a cancer patient who also had my knee replaced 4 weeks ago. I don't get out often but today my wife took me for a haircut. It was just a buzz cut but she took her time and trimed my eyebrows and ear hair. Then she rubbed some lotion on my head. Just wanted to say thank you.
I've been going here for about 5 or more years my girl Brandy if she's there always got me with my bangs and I have a cow lick so o dont trust anyone with them and my under cut and to help me keep my hair healthy when with me bring chronically ill.
I was horrified and bawling crying after I left yesterday, I have had some very good experiences here but the woman who cut my hair this time was absolutely awful. She didn’t wet it, move it around at all before just chopping. I told her I liked length and that I wanted my curtain bangs simply trimmed. I ended up leaving with it completely choppy and not the way I wanted and had to go to WALMART and hit it fixed. Walmart wasn’t even impressed and had to give me bangs.
