Don't rely on the website for the time, apparently they can turn you away even though there's almost 30 mins still before they close. I live on the south end 45 mins away and I rarely come to oak harbor so that's a waste of gas/money/time and the app said OPEN walk in's only, so don't believe that either. I'm taking my money elsewhere, and looking at all the negative reviews the only response back is the same automatic message leading to their website so it's not public on here 😂

Update: It has been over a month and nothing was resolved. Not a phone call or email. All I got was the run around that someone would call. It never happened. Original Review: I had been coming here for the past two years and always had a positive experience, which is why I felt comfortable making a bigger change and asking for a shorter haircut. I have been getting my haircut here for years however this week has been terrible according to the app when I try in reserve it says 2 and 1/2 to 3 hour wait. And then I drove there and the sign said you were closing at 3:00 p.m. maybe time to find the new place to get my haircut

Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I clearly explained that I wanted my hair to fall at the top of my shoulders with face-framing layers. Instead, my hair was cut well above my shoulders, much shorter than I requested, and closer to a bob style.
