I have been getting my haircut here for years however this week has been terrible according to the app when I try in reserve it says 2 and 1/2 to 3 hour wait. And then I drove there and the sign said you were closing at 3:00 p.m. maybe time to find the new place to get my haircut
I had been coming here for the past two years and always had a positive experience, which is why I felt comfortable making a bigger change and asking for a shorter haircut. Unfortunately, this visit was very disappointing. I clearly explained that I wanted my hair to fall at the top of my shoulders with face-framing layers. Instead, my hair was cut well above my shoulders, much shorter than I requested, and closer to a bob style. States excepts walk-ins. Not true. There were a couple stylist and a long wait list.
Very nice hair stylists…all down to earth…at least all that have cut my hair. LOVE the app sign in…never waiting more than 15 minutes!
