Great service as always! Friendly and really meticulous, and taking great care and focus when I hairstyle doesn't require all that effort, but they do give that anyways. The only downside is the waiting time so booking in advance helps...
Never going here or supporting a Great Clips ever again. We just tried to bring out wheel chair bound father in law, drove up from Coupeville with 2 hours before the closed. They refused service claiming it's appointment only. Absolutely despicable. No handicap parking, and no accommodation for those that can't make an appointment online.
Don't bother checking in online!!! apparently you need to check in online AND tell them you've been waiting in the waiting area too or they'll call multiple people ahead of you even though your name was ahead of all those people. What a joke of a system. Won't be back.

I normally never write reviews but this haircut experience was awful. I asked for an inch off the bottom, face framing pieces and a ton of layering. With extra emphasis on that I really needed a lot of layers for my curly hair. I fully understand that they’re understaffed and being rushed but I purposefully came in the early afternoon on a weekday to try and avoid it as much as possible and not cause more stress.
