It used to be a nice salon, but not anymore. They seems to have new staff and they don't know how to cut hair. It's a hit or miss kind of situation everytime I'm here, for last few times. Yesterday I was there for my teenager son's haircut for his school picture day. I even showed the stylist what I was expecting and yet they messed it up. The final result was not even close, the ask was to have a simple haircut, nothing creative either. Extremely disappointed.
The manager, Erica, defended her stylist instead of apologizing, even after my hair was clearly messed up. I went to another Great Clips immediately after, and they confirmed that my haircut was unprofessional and completely uneven. I’m extremely disappointed—this location is not worth visiting again.
