The absolute worst place I've ever gotten a haircut in 69 years, been going there for awhile since I moved in 2024 from Dallas. So the computer kinda showed what I normally get, this young girl didn't pay attention to it, my hair was fairly long ,she shaved it before I realized what was happening, she left what looked like a mop on top, I went back to see if they could do anything, a girl tried but obviously it just kept getting shorter, ended up just shaving it off too, never been shaved like this in my entire life, Anyone ... read more

If I could do zero I would. Carlie decided to ignore what I requested on my son’s hair cut. In her words “I thought this would look better” when I explained to her that my child has a bad cow lick there and not to cut it short. She then rolled her eyes saying well there nothing I can do about it now. Needless to say. If you go here if you get Carlie blond hair RUN. Awful. They messed my sons hair up horribly. So much so I now have to take him somewhere else to have it fixed and may have to cut it all off. I complained right after they cut it and the man that did it tried to fix it. It looked a little better but still not good. My son said at one point he was actually scared because the person cutting is hair was visibly shaking while using scissors and clippers. He was so upset after his haircut and embarrassed he begged me not to ever take him back.
